I love them! Love the colors and choice of fabric and the fact they are recycled. This is definitely the way accessory trends are going. A wonderful blend of mediums are coming together to create unique designs. I would say to make sure that you have a no fray glue, mod podge, or some kind of sealer to make sure that the fabric does not fray or loosen over time. Also It would be good to use sterling silver findings. That should always be top priority as some are sensitive and can only wear sterling silver and real gold. Some great alternatives that I use are antique copper, copper dipped in sterling silver, gold filled findings, etc. And yes, when I was reading the yahoo email, I was thinking that I would pay 12 bucks for them. That is a good price. You are definitely headed in the right direction. They will sell over seas very well. I know how it feels to be excited about a new design! You are on it!

Oh yes, I am not really sure what the earring hooks are doing just yet and that is okay too. I see that the square part has a triangular opening, am I correct? But it doesn’t look like the hook is going through that. I would say a lever back ear hook or french wire would be great! Good luck!

I think these earrings are wonderful! They are bright and full of energy and $12 is a VERY fair price for them. I agree with Miss Renaissance that these will most definitely sell very well overseas and here also.
